Cash on Delivery (COD):
Pay the full amount in cash upon receiving your order at your doorstep.

Bank Transfer (on request):
Customers may choose to pay directly via bank transfer. Once the payment is confirmed, we will proceed with shipping your order.

COD is available for all governorates across Egypt.

Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at delivery.

A small COD handling fee may apply, depending on the shipping provider.

Order Confirmation:

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed (except COD).

For bank transfers, proof of payment must be sent to our support team for confirmation.

Refunds & Cancellations:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the same payment method originally used.

For COD orders, refunds will be arranged via bank transfer after returning the product.
